Andra-D has been established to look after our fast expanding Property and Property Services Division.
For more than 5 years Andra-D has been providing consultancy services in the real estate sector and has been attracting foreign investors to Bulgaria. With the help of acknowledged property experts in the UK, many English potential investors have been informed about the advantages to invest in property in Bulgaria.
We are very active as a Sales Manager and our strategy is addressed at quick returns for Developers and Investors. Our sales management product is a know-how product, our strategy being to ensure optimising the expenditure of Developers and Investors who work with us by reducing to the minimum the time for sales of developments at optimal project implementation costs. We have executed one project in Bansko and have been advising on another one there since its conception. We are also currently working on a projects on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and in the Mountains Ski Centers as well.
Andra-D was also the first to introduce in Bulgaria a very competitive Furniture Management Service with 3 styles of complete furniture and equipment, matching all internaltional requirments by leading rental agencies and growing continuously.

We start by working with the Developer to arrive at the best combination of apartments and facilities, based on the target group(s) of owners. We also advise on the services to be provided within the development. Next we work with the Developer as a Sales Manager for the sale process. Then we focus our attention on the owners to advise them on the choice of furniture package, providing specially designed stylish, durable and complete furniture and household equipment ourselves. In addition, we have possibility to suggest our Clients qualified teams to provide Property Management Services in respect of the same complexes both, for communal parts and individual property. This involves basic and/or optional services to meet our Client requirements with a view to making his/her property a well maintained and comfortable place. Finally, when our Clients choose to hire out their apartments, it is our pleasure to help them, offering professional Rental Agency’s services in this last stage of the property-investment-for-let cycle. Throughout the process we provide a Back-Office service for our Clients, a feature very much valued by them.
