ABOUT Sales Management

As the Sales Manager in a sales project we do the following:
1. We select and appoint the appropriate sales brokers in each of the appropriate markets for the development. There are now over 300 brokers claiming to have expertise in selling property to international buyers so choosing the right one(s) is essential if sales at the correct price are to be achieved quickly.
2. We negotiate the best selling terms with brokers, advise on the contractual relationship and set selling targets.
3. We advise on selling prices bearing in mind the competitive environment for similar properties both in Bulgaria and in other emerging property markets.
4. We advise on payment terms at various stages of completion so to maximize the developer's cash flow whilst not inhibiting sales.
5. We develop the sales and communication strategy to ensure the development's features and benefits are shown to their best advantage.
6. We manage the relationship with clients during the whole period from reservation deposit through to final contract. Whilst some brokers claim to do this in practice few actually do.
